RESPONDING TO INDUSTRY CALLS

ESTABLISHING A NEW MECHANISM FOR TRUST-BASED FOREIGN TRADE COOPERATION

Lecong Town is renowned as the “Capital of Home Furnishing Trade and Innovation of China.” Home products from this region are exported to over 100 countries and regions worldwide, with annual export value consistently ranking among the top in Foshan's foreign trade sector. However, in recent years, factors such as fluctuations in the international trade environment, differences in national standards, and information asymmetry between supply and demand have led many home furnishing enterprises to face challenges in securing orders and maintaining stable partnerships.

“We foreign buyers value ‘integrity’ and ‘efficiency’ above all else, but in the past, screening suppliers required multiple rounds of qualification verification, resulting in high communication costs.” Saba, a foreign business representative from Saudi Arabia, candidly shared at the event. This common pain point is precisely the core motivation behind the Launch Ceremony of Louvre Furnishings Foreign Trade Integrity Alliance Membership. Since its establishment in 2019, the alliance has attracted over 150 international buyers, continuously optimizing the business environment for global home furnishing trade.

In response to evolving market demands, Louvre Furnishings Group has expanded its services beyond the alliance framework by introducing an enterprise membership system. “This newly launched corporate membership program represents a refined marketing empowerment system for foreign businesses, born from the foundation of the Foreign Trade Integrity Alliance,” explained by Yang Jianhong, president of the Chamber of Commerce of Lecong Furniture Cities and vice president of Louvre Furnishings Group. The system upholds the alliance's commitment to integrity while significantly enhancing procurement efficiency through tailored services and digital solutions. This further establishes a new ecosystem for international home furnishings trade characterized by high trust, high standards, and high efficiency.

GOVERNMENT AND ENTERPRISES JOIN TOGETHER

BUILDING NEW HEIGHTS IN HOME FURNISHINGS TRADE

China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Foshan Committee has expressed strong endorsement for the launch of this corporate membership system. President Li De stated that as a major manufacturing hub, Foshan's home furnishing industry represents a key sector for foreign trade transformation and upgrading. “The Louvre Foreign Trade Integrity Alliance membership system has injected fresh vitality into the transformation and upgrading of Foshan's home furnishing industry's foreign trade, serving as a valuable exploration and proactive practice in building a new international trade ecosystem,” he remarked. He revealed that CCPIT Foshan Committee will establish a comprehensive, one-stop foreign-related commercial legal service system to safeguard the healthy development of Foshan's home furnishing international trade ecosystem and foster a more favorable market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment.

The Lecong Government has also signaled policy support. Chen Zirong, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of the Lecong Town, emphasized that the launch of the Alliance's membership system further refines the trust mechanism for international home furnishing trade. This initiative comprehensively enhances the overall competitiveness of Lecong's—and indeed Foshan's—home furnishing industry, helping “Lecong Furniture” and “Foshan Manufacturing” gain recognition from more countries and consumers. The Lecong government will continue to support corporate innovation and development, providing a favorable policy environment and robust service guarantees for the alliance's growth. It will fully support the home furnishing industry's international expansion and assist enterprises in steadily advancing in global markets.

BUILDING A NEW BRIDGE FOR GLOBAL HOME FURNISHINGS

These new members will also enjoy exclusive benefits—during the upcoming inaugural Member Procurement Festival, they can receive custom gold certificates with purchases and cashback on qualifying orders, effectively reducing procurement costs and enhancing collaborative value.

Simultaneously, the Louvre Lamps Gallery officially opened on the event day.
